1. Acceptance

By using MasiaTool, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Product Description

MasiaTool provides a frontend for connecting a compatible wallet, interacting with a MasiaTool smart contract on BOT Chain, reading public profile state, and opening public verification links.

MasiaTool is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, identity authority, government agency, or investment adviser.

3. Self-Custody

You are responsible for your wallet, keys, device, account security, transaction review, and backup.

MasiaTool does not hold or recover your private keys.

4. Transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Before confirming, review:

  • wallet account;
  • network;
  • contract address;
  • function;
  • BOT value;
  • estimated gas;
  • total expected cost.

Standard activation sends zero BOT to the protocol but still requires BOT for network gas.

Boosted activation and a Standard-to-Boosted upgrade send exactly 0.01 BOT to the configured contract flow, plus network gas.

5. Masia Points

Masia Points are non-transferable participation records.

They are not money, tokens, securities, equity, debt, governance rights, revenue rights, profit rights, or claims on assets.

They have no cash redemption value.

6. No Token or Airdrop Promise

MasiaTool has not promised a token or an airdrop.

Points do not guarantee eligibility, allocation, conversion, value, a snapshot, a reward date, or future utility.

Do not submit a Boosted transaction based on an expectation of financial return.

7. Identity Limitations

A Masia Profile proves only public wallet-controlled participation in the MasiaTool contract flow.

It does not verify legal name, age, residence, uniqueness, reputation, creditworthiness, regulatory status, or ownership of external accounts.

8. Availability

Wallets, RPC services, BOT Chain, Explorers, smart contracts, hosting providers, and internet services may fail, be delayed, be attacked, or become unavailable.

MasiaTool does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

9. No Advice

MasiaTool does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, identity, compliance, or security advice.

You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful and appropriate.

10. Prohibited Use

Do not use MasiaTool to:

  • violate law;
  • interfere with the service;
  • distribute malware;
  • impersonate the project;
  • mislead users;
  • exploit vulnerabilities;
  • submit another person's private keys or identity documents;
  • evade sanctions or legal restrictions.

11. Third-Party Services

Wallets, RPC providers, WalletConnect, Vercel, BOT Chain Explorer, and linked websites are third-party services with separate terms.

MasiaTool is not responsible for their operation or content.

12. Risk Acceptance

You accept the risks of smart contracts, blockchain networks, wallets, public addresses, irreversible transactions, changing fees, software defects, regulatory changes, and public transaction analysis.

13. Changes

The product and these Terms may change. Material changes should be communicated through the website.

14. Contact

Display a contact email only after the project owner provides and verifies a real address.
